Being a traveler of space and time, the Doctor (like others with time machines) rarely has any care for traffic regulations. This idea came to me after watching "The Infinite Quest" and hearing about the Doctor's extraordinary rap sheet (which dates back 3000 years). It includes:
*1400 minor counts of traffic violations. (Most of them parking-related, I'm betting.) *250 counts of evading library fines. (How the hell would he be able to return them on time?!) *18 counts of planetary demolition (  )I thought it'd be amusing if one of the greatest fictional lawmen took the Doctor in for the least serious of these crimes and so this was born. Enjoy!  |
